I’ve been wanting to write a cardigan pattern to match the Daffodil Hat I designed last spring, but writing a children’s cardigan pattern for seven different sizes was a bit daunting.  It has taken me longer than expected with quite a few rip-outs. Thankfully, I found a great article by Julie Theaker Knit by Numbers which gave clear percentages to figure cast-on, increasing, decreasing, etc.  I highly recommend it if you would like to venture out on your own and design your own sweater.  The pattern is now available from my Etsy store KISSpatterns, as well as on Ravelry.
